I love food but the service terrible me and my family keeps coming because of the food but i think the management has to do something with the service my party was 4 persons and they charged the 20 porcent tip i never see that before here or any other place i ask the waitress and she said is new restaurant policy and 2 times they forget my plate once again food is great

Food so far is excellent. I've had about 60% of the menu and I have yet to have a bad dish. My go to on a gloomy day is the Combination House Pho with extra meatball and tendon.
Ive had good experiences with them. Now i think they're under new management and they're even friendlier.
I can relate I only go for pickups nowadays. When it first opened the service was superb and I personally knew the owner. She kept a tight ship and customers came first. Unfortunately their employees seems to go through the motions. I spoke with their supervisor on one person. He no longer works there. They really are trying to improve and sorry you had to go through that experience.
