I don't think they take reservations. They always seem to be busy and have a wait list. So expect a minimum 15-20 minute wait.

No, not necessary.
No..weekends they are really busy from about 9am to noon. During those times you might have to wait.

No reservations needed but it does get quite busy after like 9am on weekends. Especially on Sundays after the nearby churches let out.

Typically no. Tables clear fairly quickly so if anything you'll usually only end up waiting 5 min on a really busy day.
