I see a lot of places offering Cabbage (Noodles) rather than noodles now for people who are carb conscious. Do they offer that here?

Nope... This is actually one of the few North America locations. It's basically a fast food restaurant across Japan.

Anyone know if any ramen places in the area offer cabbage noodles? I heard one in the north burbs had them but I'm more in the NW burbs.
