The hotel was clean, simple, and accommodating. Very friendly front desk. We were there with some other family members to attend a nearby wedding. The breakfast area was really well run and the breakfast guy always made sure the coffee was filled, the area was clean and people had what they needed. My two young children really liked the breakfasts.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in! Friendly staff and housekeeping! Food was enjoyable and kids loved their pancake maker! Loved the warm breakfast y’all provided (the guy in the morning is so thoughtful and friendly!) and the cleanliness and wonderful smell just felt so clean and relaxing! Thank you for such an enjoyable stay! Definitely recommend this hotel! They have a pool, washer and dryer, meeting room, fitness room (which is awesome), a little shop next to the front desk to purchase items allowing you to be able to spend more time in your room, which is nicely convenient. Access doors from front back and both sides of hotel (key card needed for entry at all doors except entry doors obviously).

Staff were great, friendly, and helpful. Nice lobby area where we could meet up with other families from our dance team and hang out. Pool a little small, but we really didn't use. Complementary breakfast was great. Rooms are very basic, nothing special, but did the job for sleeping and getting ready to leave. Staff, again, were great.

Check in and out was fast and easy. The staff were very pleasant the entire stay. Everything was very clean and neat. The breakfast was delicious both mornings. Weekend breakfasts are bigger than weekdays, which was fine- as all were great. The pool was nice, the kids enjoyed it a lot which was one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel. The beds were seriously the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever experienced. Sometimes it's hard to sleep away from my own bed, but it felt as comfortable if not better than my own bed. The sheets and blankets were such nice quality too. I was a little nervous about the quality of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash since it made my hair feel a little dry to the touch when I combed through it after my shower, but when I woke up and it was no longer wet it seriously felt so soft, and was so Shiney. Even my daughters curly hair was so tame and beautiful. It was a very nice and pleasant surprise! Everything about this hotel was just great. I would absolutely stay here again- and plan to for our next Chicago trip! We love to go to Medieval Times, and this hotel was the perfect choice. It isn't far from things, but is still so private feeling and quiet.
