On the 3rd Tuesday in February 2020 I played my accordion for the open mic group. I recently discovered the music notebook that I used is missing. Is there any chance that I might have left in the back room or that someone might have turned it in?

Agreed, you need to contact them directly. Posting a question on Google maps isn't necessarily going to get you an answer. Hope you track down your music notebook or have a backup!
