It's say they do their job as good as they can. Very busy McDonalds!!!
The "system" is not the problem. The people in charge & their employee's are the problem.
Built long ago....before 2 lane's were ever an option. Plus they are always super busy.
This particular McDonald's is super busy, it's more so that a single lane wouldn't be able to wrap around the location very effectively cause it's a cramped parking lot.
