Great staff and coffee is great but they charge more on some items then other Dunkin's, for an example Highland parks Dunkin is .50 cents cheaper on bagel bites. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.

I ordered an iced chai tea latte and basically got a large cup of milk with ice. I know this drink was made incorrectly, but they were too busy to fix it.
