I like jewel osco but the prices on some stuff is just horrible. For instance Edy's ice cream at jewel is $6.99 but go down the street to dollar general and you can get the same Edy's ice cream for $3.99 sometimes less because it's on sale. Many products sold at jewel are like that

Went for a covid booster. Made appointments online. Fairly easy, short wait. Store was busy, well stocked, well staffed. Plenty of parking available. Prices seem high, but what else is new?

Nobody tried to assist me looking for a specific type of candy. They sent me on a wild goose chase. Not happy with the way they treated me at check out. Items I bought did not ring up at the sale price and the cashier as well as the manager were both rude about adjusting the price
