When camping, can you park at your campsite or do you have to park in the parking lot?

You park at your campsite. Our parking spot, along with the ones near us, were spacious for the average-sized vehicle.

You can park at camp site and they do have a parking lot if needed.

The electric sites had a limit of 2 cars per site. The tent sites had a common lot 30-100 ft from the sites.

Depends on how big your camper is also. Some sites are not very deep. Most will accommodate camper and vehicle.
