When you walk into the park there is a booth that says "pay here". There are papers in there. Fill it out & mail it in. They will send you a tag.
Otherwise you can go to the golf course on Rawson avenue it is in front of the other dog run over there and get season tags right away. Or you can Google the other locations available to get one.
