Made an appointment for a alignment and oil change. I don't understand why you make an appointment and wait 5 hours to get your car back. I would of understood bring it in, we'll get to it. Plan accordingly.

Grady's reminds me of what gas stations used to be and what they should all still be. They of course have fuel for your vehicle and plenty of fuel to get you moving too(coffee, energy drinks, snacks etc.). Repair shop to keep your vehicle running and driving the way it should and a car wash to keep your car looking good. Happy this one is in my area👍👍

So I dropped my car off on a Saturday and they said they will get to it Monday...No big deal. Monday turned into Wed and Wed turned into next week maybe. Overall, when I walked into the shop no one was working and they were all looking at me. Lazy dishonest people and I would not recommend to anyone, friends or family. I had to pick my car up and fix it myself... Terrible service-Must avoid--Take your car down the street to a different shop
