I was walking by the Cudahy location and there was a woman pulling a ton of weeds out of a garden bed. I stopped and helped her pull some of the weeds while talking to her. I believe she said her name was Shannon. She was very polite and although it was hot out and the sun was hot, she did not complain about the daunting task that she was doing. We had a pleasant conversation and we talked about storage pricing since I may need a unit in the future during a house remodel. Her pleasant attitude and kindness while talking to her has definitely made me decide to rent a unit from her when I am ready for the remodeling to start.

I have enjoyed my storage lockers with SROA for almost a year now and haven't had a complaint. Between me and my wife we've had from 3 to 7 lockers at one time and SROA have met all our needs the entire time. Our location manager, Shannon has been a great help to us and is very knowledgeable in what it takes to meet our needs. I will continue to keep a locker with SROA through my foreseeable future.
