Greetings from Adventure Rock! Our rules are that if you are under 14 you can't climb alone in the bouldering area, in general, if they are under 14 they should have an adult watching over them. That being said though, first time waviers are needed and must be signed by an adult, the direct parent of the child in the case of anyone below 18. Hope this was helpful! Have a good day.
I will say not less than 5, even if there is not an exact rule. The important thing is that your parents are with you.
My little guy first climbed there when he was 3. Auto belay only tho. They said there's not really a restriction for that but things may have changed over the years.
It is an insurance thing. If you are not an adult, you cannot legally sign the waiver so an adult has to be there.
I also see on their website that they wont belay certify anyone under 14 unless the kid is in one of their classes/programs. Something to keep in mind.
I believe the starting age is 12 but anyone under 18 needs an adult to sign thier waiver before they ca climb
