I had an excellent experience today. I was in town visiting and stopping into local yarn stores. This store was clean, visually appealing, well stocked, and stocked with quite a bit of hand dyed beautiful yarn rather then big box brands. They also have many samples displayed around their shop that are beautiful to look at. The staff was super helpful and we struck up a conversation about the sweater I was wearing. Overall it was my favorite shop of the day and I will be stopping in again when I'm in town.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I was in New Berlin for a hospital stay at Froedert, and was last minute stocking up on things to do while going through lengthy test. Needless to say, it was stressful, but I stopped in here to grab yarn and Lisa was welcoming and kind. Furthermore, while I was in the hospital, I ran out of supplies and they literally delivered items to me TWICE, once at the owner's expense on her own time, to make sure I was feeling better during a rather stressful time. The store is awesome with quality product, and the people even better. Cannot recommend enough.

Its a fantastic experience every time I go. The employees are welcoming and helpful, weather its navigating the store, adding different weight yarns together, or deciding which yarns will compliment eachother the way I'm looking for. There are so many fun or more traditional options for yarn.
