Worst clinic in Tampa Bay, no available counseling, and then when a counselor isn't available/ won't work with you at all. they'll penalize the patient. Lines out the door. The "new system" backs everything up, so people are just standing around everywhere. They dont treat you like a patient. That's for sure. Bn there 4 years, and I'm about to go back to PAR.

I have been going here for maybe 2 yrs, getting on methadone has been life changing. I have my life back. But like any addict I have alot of life baggage. I had to seek outside help because counselors don't stay, and there have been grt ones. And most days they only have like 1 or 2 nurses. So the line is super slow. Now they have this engage app and it's suppose to be more convenient, but now the wait is always like 45 min. I work in Tampa and can not wait most days ,so now I'm missing more doses then I'm taking. This app is the worst! Most days the app doesn't even work properly. It use to be in and out. I need this place to stay clean like many others, and they are not making it very easy. Things need to change, ppl are depending on you with their life.

I had to drive my freind to this clinic. It was her first time and unusually like any medical place your first visit takes longer. But not 3 and a half hours. There is zero excuse or reasonable excuse I had to wait 3 and a half hours just so my freind could take 1 dose. Horrible.

I have never gotten help before I went here. It has changed my life for the better. One of the hardest things for me was to find someplace to get help. Only because I was scared and never knew what to expect. Can't stress enough how much better my life is now. This place is a GOD send. My counselor Cat is a wonderful and kind person. Along with the rest of the stuff. If I had gone some other place not sure if I would have stuck with it. And now its been almost a year since I've done any pills that almost cost me my life. So let me say to this clinic THANK YOU for giving me my life back. And will never be able to thank Cat enough for everything she has done for me.
