I have 2 questions. One, do we have to pay for care, and two, I have a blue jay with a possible broken neck and/or leg. We can't afford care if it costs money, so if that is the case, could you tell us how to help him?

It does not cost to take an animal there, tgey take donations, but not at all required, please take the bird there to get help

Wildlife In Need Center (Owner) | Aug 5, 2019

Ela, Sherri is correct. We provide free medical care - and operate 365 days a year through donations, memberships and grants. We also don't monitor when people have questions here - please call the office 262-965-3098 7 days a week 9am-5pm. And thank you for caring about the injured blue jay!

Take the animal(s) in as soon as you can, there was someone available at 7am (ring doorbell) even though they technically don't open until later. You do not have to pay.

You do not need to pay. You can give a donation. There is no pressure to pay anything.

U do not have to pay, they rely on donations for animal medical care. Just take any injured wildlife there before 5pm. They r so friendly there.
