I can't believe that it took close to an hour when i only ordered two thing. The workers never asked me if I needed help when I was just standing there. After an hour the manager yelled at me saying "get off your phone and pay attention, because you need to talk to me and pay here" (I was not on my phone). When I finally got my food she threw it on the counter and walked away not even saying here's your food.

Ordered on my break, they were a bit busy as it was about 610 and their card machine was down so that slowed the process down, however I asked for a chicken sandwich meal, the chicken I got was small proportioned for the bun and also slightly overdone. Otherwise staff was very nice!

This place is joke. I’ve gotten to order and get my food faster in sit down restaurants. The line in the morning is 20+ mins to get food. The people on 3rd shift hide so you can’t get food. On top of it all they aren’t friendly

Bad attitudes from manager, Jeff, down to rest of staff. Took an hour to get out of there this AM and got home to 2 empty sausage egg McMuffins. When I called, Jeff offered to get 2 meals in their book?? at the restaurant. Jeff really didn’t care to hear what happened so he could train his staff on customer service and to hear out a frustrated customer. So much easier to just talk over a customer, to get off the phone. Poor service, bad attitudes all wrapped up in empty McMuffins! 💕Karen
