Fountain Park is just a breakfast and lunch restaurant but years back there was another restaurant connected to them called the Charcoal Steak that is probably why it says that and no one ever changed it
The main restaurant used to be open for supper, but they recently cut back their hours. They DO have quite a few seafood selections on their menu and a couple of steaks. I'm guessing they don't see the need to change the sign, especially since it's technically correct.
