Go back in the afternoon and talk to a manager about what happened to you. I have had good experiences with the managers resolving the two problems I had there.

Hrm I've never experienced what you describe, but I have only been there twice during the really late/early hours. You could try going in and telling the store manager. Aside from that idk.
