as a previous employee, it is because their employers don't train the employees proper, its a wonder how people don't get sick eating there under cooked chicken, or roaches. little lone the uncooked French fries.
Because they don't have a replicator in the back room that magically produces more fries. Like, it's marketing speak, it's not the truth. Cut the workers some slack if it happens and yell at their District Managers about the marketing being unrealstic, not about the restaurant running out of fries.
Same...My waitress seemed annoyed when we kept asking for more fries, but she kept bringing like 8 fries each time!
Just before you arrived they served a group of people with a serious case of the munchies!?!?!?!???? 😀
