Not technically, but I wouldn't wear a tank top or jorts.

I wore a polo, jeans, and Sperry's. I noticed some were nicely dressed others with jeans and nice shirt. Women varied. The lady behind us had sweat pants and a blouse while the people with her were dressed better but really in the end it was all about the food and atmosphere.
I know when I was there last time, the hostesses were having guys remove their hats.
