This Subway sucks BIGTIME!!!!!!!! I went in to use the bathroom and I'm assuming it was the owner who told me that I had to purchase something in order to use the bathroom.He was very rude & ignorant & deserves to be repremanded.

Yes. I've experienced same things in many diff restaurants. I think because of all the recreational drugs, etc. I agree. But I have mixed feelings. Because many folks do illegal things in their bathrooms or mess up the bathrooms. This behavior ruins it for those of us who don't do things like that nor disrespect their store. Yes...I totally agree. Although, the staff gets frustrated with many of the public's behavior over usage of restrooms, there is NO REASON & IS INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR for Amy STAFF to come off as such!!! Not professional nor cool at all...!!

Agreed with both of you, I personally have never used the restrooms there,or met said "manager"..the bus station is next door and Free!

The bathrooms are temporarily out of service at the bus station that's why I went there & this is not the 1st time I've been spoken to rudely at a Subway.I understand having to buy something but there was no need to be rude.

I know this owner. Very uncharacteristic. It must have been another employee.
