It is safe to stay open to 11pm but it just depends on the management that runs the store to what they want to do. They need to stay open til then to generate more great business and I think it should be told to the company that owns food lion so they can fix it!
Its safe in forest city good lion...they have ppl if to help u 2 ur car with bags.lot of fast food places there so shop it's safe.everyone's shops in 2day time and home at night with family's ratting the food.don't put food lion down my favorite shopping area.
The location of the Forest City store is a little isolated. It might not be safe to stay open later.

IDK why I don't go there much. I go to ingles most of the time to me it's a better place to shop for stuff.
The store has set hrs to use every week to schedule associates and with that it's not feasible to stay open till 11.
The cars are stockers and im not sure why they are not open late
