Two stars is pushing it. Customer service (except for Allison) is awful. Whether you call or go in, doesn't matter, getting help is near impossible. This is common! This last time, I called 5 times and still didn't get what I needed! I've walked the entire store before and didn't find one staff! If Allison isn't there, forget it, I'll wait till she is! I've been shopping here for many years and have spent a lot of money. Worst Lowe's store I ever had the displeasure of working with. Update two years later: Same bad service. Worse! Tried avoiding the store and buying online. Big mistake. A big ticket item was supposed to arrive assembled. Have screenshot of them saying so. It arrived unassembled and I had no way of putting it together. I never would have bought it had I known it wouldn't be assembled. I made so many phone calls with little to no help. They just don't care. My neighbor heard me cursing and came over and helped me assemble it. Lowe's is a necessary evil. Don't expect anything great.

Might be the worse Lowes I have ever been to. Poorly stocked and then if you make an order it takes forever and they keep telling you it's delayed. The only reason I go there is because there are no other home centers near me at all. Not a great store.
