They were super nice the employees were amazing and the 20/20 Dodge charger we got would have been fabulous but it was not clean properly, it was completely on e from the people who had it before us, and they had been smoking in it. There was a burn hole in the back seat and the rotors on it was horrible so even though it drove amazing, driving it when you had to hit the brakes and feel all that vibration in it ruin the whole experience.

Did not have the car class that we wanted. Could never reach the branch by phone. Waited on phone listening to music for 30 minutes and no one picked up to confirm. Their motto is “we pick up up” read the fine print no more then 10 miles, we were 12. Finally reached Corporate who confirmed our reservation.😬

You will have to go through your insurance company. If it is due to an accident and you have rental coverage you select where tonget rental from by what the insurance company offers for places. I always went with enterprise. With my insurance i paid nothing out of pocket.
