Don't just walk it either, look around. We actually saw a mother bear and two cubs.
We were there a couple of weeks ago, I would say the distance is about 12 to 1400 feet, we didn't in about 25 minutes, it is really an awesome thing to do!
Not sure about total distance but with young ones we did it under 20 minutes. We stopped and read plaques along the way, looking for wildlife.
The walk is just about 1/4 mile long!
