Yeah they jacked up my ex's bangs like a week ago but Sara the stylist there does great work on guys hair cuts, some other lady did her hair which she butchered, it was pretty bad. Maybe tell them to take their time since it's great clip policy to be fast. Go to a salon next time. But for guys it's pretty straight forward and they do good work. But if I was a chick I'd 100% pay the extra and go to a salon

As far as guys cuts go they do not know what a high n tight or flat top is... Have had 1 bad cut but they did try to make it right by refunding. However seems like the longer that location is open the worse it gets..
