I always take my dog Apollo here to get groomed. Never had any issues with them and Apollo is always super happy upon picking up. They always listen when I explain certain concerns. Apollo struggles with allowing people to touch his paws after he was bitten by a snake but the groomers tried to work with him to cut his nails. They made more progress then anyone else has but sadly Apollo didn’t allow them to finish. I commend the effort and if Apollo allowed them to do half of his nails, I have full faith he will allow them to do all of them… eventually lol. Pricing is absolutely great. I usually pay $30 for Apollo, which is not bad at all considering Apollo is an 80lb Staffordshire Terrier. 😂

Horrible and think twice before utilizing a large pet chain store, their focus is all about their bottom line. We took our fur-kid there for the sole purpose to have his nails trimmed, the tech looked at or baby and said "I need his medical records" for what reason I'm unsure. I became the papa bear and went into protection mode as she accused my little one of not being cared for. All our fur-kids have the life one would dream that they can or could have had. I shared my thoughts with this individual and all we wanted was a nail trim... should have asked her of she needed her medical records when she gets her nails done.

Nice dog washing station plenty of parking outside as it is part of a strip mall set up. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. The store is laid out nicely and is always in order and clean.. Prices like all other pet supply chains are a little high, however the overall shopping experience is nice.. I was a little disappointed that they do not have a full spectrum dewormer for cats or dogs available..
