They weren't prepared for a child's wash.. we waited ten minutes for another sink before someone shown her how to adjust the chair. Other than that, the curly hair was cut nicely. I'm glad they are experienced with curly hair, many people aren't.

Honestly the WORST haircut/ haircut experience I’ve ever had….. spent 20 mins of getting my hair yanked and pulled, my head tossed around like a doll, the stylist almost stabbed me in the face with her scissors multiple times!! She spent the entire cut telling me my hair was to long to cut it the way I liked????? And then completely BUTCHERED my hair and knows she did because she apologized and gave me every excuse why it didn’t turn out correctly…. She didn’t even try to do the cut I asked for she just did her version of it.
