I am having a 50th birthday party for my husband and a lot of the guest are coming in from out of town ..do you offer lower rates for multiple room bookings?

I'm sure they will. Call in the daytime and ask the manager.

From previous experience with different a holiday inn express, they typically do with a minimum room booking

I'm sure they will negotiate a deal if they have the rooms available.
