We love this place. Fully fenced, great clean playground. Lots of shade. A walking path. Water fountain. Perfect place for an outdoor birthday.splash pad was removed, which sucks because it was great for small kids being fences in and all, but mill lake splash pad is across the street too.

This quarter mile track is made of cushy recycled tires. They're are several pavilions, a playground and bathroom facilities along with the splash pad in the summer. Best of all, it's right across the street from Mill Pond with its trail and its splash pad. Plenty of parking for both parks

Currently, the splash pad at Veterans Memorial Park is not working. The splash pad at Mill Lake Park, which is across the street, is open daily, 10 am to 6 pm.

I'm sorry, I tried looking it up on the website for Volusia county parks and I couldn't find the rental info. I would suggest trying to contact them at https://www.volusia.org/services/community-services/parks-recreation-and-culture/park-facility-rentals.stml# I'm really sorry I don't know how much if it is even possible
I've personally never rented one, just have always set up and that's that..
