This is the first time I have ordered from Target on line and they sent the wrong item. I had to spend time and gas money to take the item back so I could go find the item I wanted locally at a different store as I wanted the item quickly. What a pain. However the clerk, a young man, who handled my refund was excellent and handled the refund quickly. I will go back to shopping on Amazon.

Tried to reach someone/anyone at the store via phone for lost property for almost 2 hours. Never made contact with anyone at the store.

I had my husband to go and pick up an item for me that I ordered online and they wouldn't give it to him, Even when I gave him all the information and the order number, because his name is not on the account on the app. I have to download the app which I don't even have the app when I ordered it online. So now I have to download this app, and have the same email address that I placed the order on and add my husband for him to pick up a simple item for me that I ordered online. I'm sorry but that's too many loops to go through just to pick up an item.

The store was was unappealing, unorganized with items not re-hung on racks, items thrown about in the dressing rooms, items in the wrong size groupings and too much merchandise stuffed into the designated locations. the merchandise was displayed as if it was junk and impulse buying went out the door to another store.
