We stood at the door and waited for a several minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us and/or seat us or let us know we could seat ourselves. After several minutes, we decided to find a table on our own. It was not long before our hostess Shawn came to the table and he was friendly, polite, with a sense of humor that turned our entrance experience around. Shawn greeted us with a smile and apologized for our wait. He gave us our menus and started us with our drinks of choice. He gave us time to think about our appetizers and meal and laughed at or dry humor and tried to find the game on the tv that we were interested in, (his attentiveness and willingness is what saved the evening!) Once our food came, I was not really thrilled with it, but it was not horribly bad. I chose the buffalo boneless chicken as an appetizer and lime chicken and the burger as our meal. The buffalo had too much sauce for my liking but the chicken was tender. For the rice, it taste more like boxed rice that had been sitting for some time and reheated. The lime chicken that was served with the rice was tender but tasted more steamed than baked so it had a more chewy taste to it, with a cheese like sauce topping that had a nice flavor to it. The burger was okay but I was looking for a good juicy flavor that would make me say "that was a good darn burger, I think I'll come back again for this!" Again, the food and experience was not horribly bad but Shawn would be the reason we'd come back for a do over. OH.. and if they brought karaoke back 😅‼️ As we left, the greeter gave his salutations as we exited and ended our experience with the restaurant. So overall, it was okay with good laughs and a good server who knew how to turn our experience into a good one! So if you go, look for Shawn with the curly hair and great smile! He'll make sure you are well taken care of!!

Had a great time at Applebees The server Donna was amazing and very friendly. The food was quick and tasted great. We were a party of 10 and Donna handled like a pro. Thank you Donna for a perfect night.

My husband and I went into this location tonight at 9:30, Sat. 6/5/21. Our server Michael was probably the best part of our experience. My husband ordered the Cheeseburger and said it was pretty good. My order was the Riblet platter. The meat was way overcooked, the fries were old and chewy and the coleslaw was bland. Not a bit happy and we won't be going back. Update: June 2, 2022 Well we went back with family for one more try. As before our server Trista T. was the best part of the experience. I ordered the blackened salmon and my husband ordered the steak. My salmon was cooked ok but tasted so "fishy" that I couldn't eat most of it. Hubby's steak had so much gristle that he couldn't cut it. We both left half our meals. We took some of our family this time and we paid out $175.00 for the entire dinner. We really expected a better experience.

Went on Veterans Day so of course it's going to be a madhouse. But even so our server was friendly and polite and did the best she could to keep up with the madness. L o l. I had my service canine with me so I gave him my free veterans meal and I ordered the 8 oz steak. steaks were overcooked Big time!! It's been a while since I've been there and I would like to go back and give another review on a calmer day. Even though the food was bad I had to get the place 3 stars for the effort that they put out to accommodate so many people at once. I can't give enough props to the girls up front that were assigning tables. There is plenty of parking here and there is plenty of overflow parking as well. Is handicap spots are not a issue and the parking area was clean up debris and well lit. The restaurant for having as many people in it was pretty clean. I definitely would have given this place 4 or 5 stars had the food been right.. And one more thing the portion size is pretty small guys.. Hope this helps you out.
