They try to cater to your needs. I don't but I'm pretty sure you can request meals like that
I work at a Logans in Florida and they have dairy free menus, ones for people with allergies, one for things without eggs. There's a menu that goes in depth into what it has in it and how they cook it, like the oil they fry stuff in. You just ask for the special menu, whatever menus will apply

I'm pretty sure they can take ingredients out of the meal and if you tell them what you're allergic to as far as food wise they can tell you whether you know is in it or not
