Would have given this place more stars but the attendant needs to understand customer service is key. To treat others how you would want to be treated. Never had i ever experienced the nonsense that took place today.My mother(60yrs) and I(37)decided to come here lately as usual ,but today the male attendant attitude was unnecessary. Went to get coins from the machine with two $5's. Noticed a badly warped quarter which should have been dispensable but was not. I tried both of my washers it was not budging. Ask my mother to see if the attendant would exchange the one quarter. He refused to give her another. I told her it was okay that i would use the same one his machine give me to purchase a bag for .50. Okay, She goes and he refuses saying he needs another quarter. Money is money i don't understand the issue with taking back what we received here. Am a bit annoyed because its my mother your being rude to. I go up to the counter politely ask for a bag with the same quarter. Dude gets hostile and argues with me about how his machine did not give me that quarter. I myself don't have time for foolishness too grown to argue over a damn quarter. I give him a different quarter leave that same one his machine gave me at the counter and walk away. Politely ending with thank you Sir after receiving my bag. Our visit was at 2pm Moral: Kill em with kindness because you NOT stealing my joy today.

Owner very rude! Informed him the change machine shorted me a quarter (not a huge deal) he went on a rampage about how it happened to no one else. Enjoy the huge machines but will not be back to spend any coins.
