Something for everyone. The size selection is great and they have fitting rooms you can actually use while some places still don't offer that(thanks covid). Great summer sales happening now. Go check them out and stock up for next season. Customer service is wonderful and inviting.

Kelvin was super helpful and went out his way to be friendly to my little one who is always a bit nervous in public. The store was well stocked and everything was in size order, with almost all sizes available. All staffers asked if I needed help even while they were stocking their sections. The store was clean too.

They offer you to open a card to get your discoint. You return and give you a hard time. To open a CC you get a sign on bonus of like $30/$40 and a coupon. The cashier wasn't too pleased. So she didn't take it and started asking when I opened my card, because then I couldn't use my new customer discount. Just said, forget it, I'll do my military discount. I'm closing my account. The clothes is cheap but I rather not go to a place that has rude employees. I've encountered this lady's attitude twice. I'm not hard to please, and for someone to leave a bad impression is because they were trying hard to. Marshall's is next door and they offer better customer care.

I love old navy, it’s definitely one of my go to stores, but this location definitely struggles in the costumer service department. There is almost always a ridiculously long wait at checkout with only one or two cashiers. They push for credit cards way to hard. When going into this particular store I know to expect bad costumer service, I just really like their clothes. (Also- super bummed they no longer sell maternity in stores)
