Sorry you had a bad experience. Been going there for years and only had positive experiences.
Must be a personailty conflict .Go there quite a bit with no problems
I go there several times every summer while vacationing at Atlantic Beach and have never encountered any problems. The servers are great and service is always on point.
Service was marginal if anything when we were there in September. Server was nice enough, but didn't check on us or if we were happy. Food was awful. We were so disappointed after hearing it was so good. We were looking for a new favorite place, but this definitely won't be it.
My husbands family have be going to emerald isle for 30 some years and always eat at Rucker Johns. With eight sublings spouses and kids never had a problem!
We've always had great service there! Their croissants and tossed salad with hot bacon and honey mustard dressing are to die for... Try Amos Mosquitos for another great meal!
