You can't eat at the restaurant, or even enter the restaurant. You can't have any face to face contact with anyone in the restaurant. You can't directly give them, or receive money. Pretty much all you can do is talk to them through a small speaker, put money in a small box, and collect your change and food through the same box and then leave.
Order and pick up through the door. No inside dining or physical contact.
