I purchased an appliance on Wednesday for delivery on Friday. Waiting for call on delivery time... finally called the store spoke to manager oh we do not have that item it went into back order. Why was I not called with that info.

Someone dropped the ball somewhere. Tell manager you want a discount for the item or simply do a return since you are not receiving your product. Try Home Depot if you can not get your item by Monday.
