If you return your product, please ask to see a manager and politely explain how inconvenient it was for you to have to return the product. Your time, fuel and frustration that the product wasn't properly checked before they sold the product to you. If the manager doesn't offer a discount for your product, which most managers should that are in the customer service industry. Request one for either off your product purchase or a future one. If that doesn't happen, get your money back, go to the competition. If you dont feel reasonably pleased with an outcome, call or email corporate. Someone will get back to you. Always remember, first, you catch more bees with honey. If that doesn't work., Go to the top, corporate, etc, always. This is just one girls opinion. Hope this helps.

Not you being a smart-ass here but Lowes has no expectations of you. When I'm done with this I'm going to read what a stone enhancer is. I would like to extend a little bit of knowledge of shopping at Lowe's, Home Depot, any store of this nature. Ultimately Lowes and all the big boxes will put this on the end consumer to make sure packages or what they expect. All of the big boxes also do a decent job of making sure remotes and batteries and everything such as manuals get put back in but mistakes happen. With all that being said I understand that you're venting but yes you will probably have to go back into the store but at the three local Lowe's beside me the entire trip will take 30 minutes including driving and getting what I needed. Now, I'm off to Google what the hell is Stone enhancer is

Was it not obvious that it had been opened? Was a lot used? They may exchange but how do you prove you didn't use what you needed? If it were open and used it should have felt lighter. If its full what's the deal? It's a sealant. If it's full ask for exchange. Without proof its not fair to blast them. Shop next door next time Lowe's checks returns esp. $40 sealant. Shop online. Have it at customer service waiting for you.
