I made an appointment here for 11am for a oil change and tire rotation. The truck sat for 40 minutes before it was taken back. Here it is 1pm and they still are not done. I ask what's going on and explain to them that I have to get back work. The associate tells me that they don't have an oil filter for it and just had the boss go back there to help get things going. Where was the identification of this problem in the beginning? At that point I would feel it necessary to ask the customer about thier time constraint and make sure they can wait longer. Pretty sure this service shouldn't take over 2 hours....

They had a special for $20 where they did a multi-point inspection and rotated the tires. I needed my broken AC diagnosed. I picked my car up and the tires weren't rotated and they misdiagnosed my AC. They also didn't notice my rear shocks were worn out. No one had a clue and the man who checked me out was chomping on food while he talked.

First of all, they wouldn’t even look at my flat tire to see if they could repair it and had to wait 2 days to get an appointment. At my appointment they said they couldn’t repair the hole from the nail that was in the middle of the tire because it was “too close to the wall”. So they wanted me to buy a new tire. It was in the middle of the tire, at least 3 inches each way. (FYI Just the other day I had a tire repaired at a different location with a nail about a 1/2” from the wall.) I took the tire to another store and they repaired it for free. They tried to take advantage of me being a woman and thinking I didn’t know about tires I guess.

This is the only Firestone I will go to in the greater Charlotte area. I've been to four different locations including Monroe and Mathews. Quay and Angel are great CSR's and my alignments are always on point. Everyone is friendly and service is always quick.
