Why do you still wait so long when you come in for your called in reservations?

I've never had to wait

Lack of communication. In over there heads, and other reasonings.My husbands Christmas dinner for his job was at LongHorn we waited 15-20 minutes because they said no matter the reservation time that was made....atleast half of the guest have to show up before were seated. Im like 50\50 with the reason given for this. Now having to go through that when reservations are made for just 2 now that's ridiculous! Then what's the point in a reservation period.....

They aren't really reservations but they do help your wait time.

I have been fortunite with no waiting on reservations.

I also waited 16 minutes past my reservations. Don't think it's the staffs fault. People sometimes just keep on talking
