Please do not ever shop at the store ever again. The dressing rooms are extremely dirty. There is this tall black older lady and she is very rude. Every time I would go to the dressing room she always had a very sarcastic smart remark. This place needs to be closed down because the customer service is terrible. The girl that rang me up burnt right in front of me gross. That’s all black lady needs to learn customer service it’s not my fault if you don’t wanna work at a job find something else. The dressing rooms look like they never been cleaned and a cesspool for diseases and COVID-19.

That’s probably my favorite Ross store. It’s so nice and clean and well organized, no stuff laying around, no mess, everything is so neat even in shoe section. And all the people that work here are very friendly. So I assume they really got very good and responsible management
