Update: The agency saw this review and responded to me, requesting that I provide information about the rental and about the specific agency that I used. Within two days of responding I received a refund in my checking account. I really appreciate their timely attention to my concerns. :) The agency itself was nice and the staff was friendly and professional. We rented a truck, which was very nice. We picked up the truck on Friday at 4:00 and were told that the agency closed at 2:00 the next day, which would prevent us from turning the truck in within the 24-hour time frame needed to keep us from being charged for another day. My husband asked if it would be ok if we turned the keys in to the drop-box by 6:00. The man working (who appeared to be in charge) said that this would be fine. We turned the keys in to the drop box the next day at 4:00 instead of 6:00, and we were still charged for another day. Our receipt shows that we dropped the truck off at 2:37 on Sunday instead of Saturday.

I have always had a good experience here. I’ve rented on & off for years and find that Enterprise has concentrated all of their most friendly, helpful staff in this location. Even though it’s not the closest to my house, it’s worth the extra drive to get the service from this location. You will not be disappointed.

The staff at Enterprise was very helpful! No complaints at all. The only issue I had was the car I rented was the most uncomfortable car I’ve ever driven. A Mitsubishi Mirage. The mirage was that such a cute car could be so uncomfortable.

Enterprise made this process simple. The repair shop called Enterprise and a worker came to take me to the office. Once there I identified myself and they assigned me a car. We did a walk around, I signed the contract & paid the deposit through his tablet and I was on my way. I found the car to be difficult to get in & out of due to an injury I have, plus the oil & filter change warning came on. I called Enterprise and was told to bring the car back. The worker assisting me let me try a few cars until I found a car that was easier for me to get in & out of. When I returned the car because mine was ready for pick up at the repair shop, it was close to closing time. But the Enterprise worker assisting with the return gladly drove me to the repair shop to pick up my car. My mother dropped some of her belongings on the floor when getting out the car. That kind worker returned to the repair shop with my mother's belongings and to my surprise, items I left in the armrest I had forgotten about as well. Everyone was kind & friendly during the car pickup & return. It was an overall very pleasant experience & with no complaints from me.

It depends on the vehicle but you have to watch them they are very shady.
Why answer just to get Google points? No Enterprise will not incur that liability. Buy a regular bike rack.
