BAM gets 3 stars because it's a bookstore, I looooove bookstores, and it's the only one we have in Gastonia. That being said, their selection is lacking. The atmosphere sucks. There is very little actual organization to the books when you're looking for things...but as I said, I'll still take it because besides the library? It's all we have that's local 🤷🏻♀️

Always an awesome experience to shop here. Not just for books either, this has become my new adult toy store. Any time I enter this place usually for 1 specific thing and I end up walking out with at least an extra 10 items. Plus everyone one from Joe Mugs to BAM is always super sweet and helpful. Can't go wrong with this place.

Beware their magazine sign-up thing. They say you get two months free but what they don't tell you is that it Auto charges you after those two months. Then the website to cancel them is sketchy and poorly made. Google even warns that the site they use is unsecured.

If you haven't visited a book store in a while you need to visit this one. Plan some time and get a coffee inside. The place feels fresh with new books every where.

Absolutely, there's a coffee shop inside just for that purpose!
Probably. I returned a bookbag a while back. You can always call them and ask.
I would first approach Books a million about it, let them know what happened, how they charged you, and see if they can do anything to get your money back or offer any help. If not i would then contact the magazine, tell them their magazine is still arriving, which was all fine and well while it was free, but that you never gave anyone permission to charge you for this magazine, nor are you ok with it. If the magazine is no longer free then you would like them to stop sending it and reimburse you for the money charged to your card that you were unaware of. If they act like there's nothing they can do, just let them know that you will be filing a small claims issue in court and I'm sure that will motivate them rather quick yo give your money back as soon as possible. Hope this helps! Have a great day!
They do not. I find that kitchen stores tend to have those but they have plenty of cook books
Not that I know of
