First: FIVE stars for the food. It was delicious. So fresh! The bread was excellent, everything was expertly put together by the sandwich maker. Even the chips were delicious! Second: TWO stars for cleanliness. It was pretty bad. Doors, tables, even outside tables, all grimy. The place needs a good cleaning! Last: THREE stars for service. It took FOREVER to get our food. The orders were backed up and no one was in a hurry behind the counter. That was frustrating. Overall, we will go back because the food was so good and worth the wait. Hoping it will get cleaned up and the service will improve.

The Giant Original is one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten, if not THE best. Friendly, fast service. I wish I didn't have to travel 40 miles to eat this outstanding sandwich but as far as I know, it's the only Schlotzsky's in NC. What a shame, but it's well worth the drive and I drive it often.

I haven't been in a Schlotzsky's Deli in over 10 years. Not sure why. This place is super succulent! The kid's grill cheese was so great, they should make an adult version. Salads were wonderfully fresh. While we were dining in, the drive thru was wrapped around the building. I definitely know the reason. Staff members were knowledgeable about menu. You have to try it! Take your family, and listen to wholesome 50s doo'wap music. So fun! Also, Cinnabon products served here.

I've never eaten here before and I had no idea how huge the Giant sandwich was! Oh my gosh, haha, it will take me two days to eat it. Not complaining at all! And I absolutely love their bread! It tastes amazing! I will definitely be back because everything was delicious!!
