I know staff gets tired. I know staff is new. Let's not forget to check orders? Please? You let me walk out not knowing I was supposed to have picked up a drink! I did not know. But it had been order and it was not included! Also, take out orders should be bagged or double bagged. Please do not send me out of the door with an open ended bag?

Terrible experience. 30+ min wait for a sandwich after having to ask if it will still coming. Sandwich was also made in correctly. Not impressed with the staff, food, or service. Far off from all other fiehouses I have been too.

I believe courtesy. You wouldn't show up a 10 minutes till. I understand does it close at 9 o'clock or 10 o'clock. I love the place too. But I do respect their time.
