Pack your lunch. There are plenty of picnic sites with grills. Restrooms are super clean. Staff is super friendly. Fishing is great, trails are well kept, camping for all levels.
Yes everywhere yes
No restaurants or food prepared in park picnic areas and charcoal grills are accessible a huge patio type area covered by a roof with a fire place and charcoal grills for reunions, weeding receptions, birthdays etc, reservations only the closet place to go in an eat is tri county music bar on NChwy18 about 5 miles from state park you can get one of the best cheeseburgers around there and have a mug of cold beer with it or a glass of ice tea southern made ofcourse then theres Norman's cafe which has a full menu good food and friendly staff not much farther than tricounty it's on NChwy10 a half mile off of hwy18 but we like enjoying a charcoal burger or bologna sandwich and RC cola in the picnic area! Hope this will help and enjoy the hike to the falls it's a beautiful site to see!

They do not sell food on-site. The golf course next door does have a dinning room open to the public.
