I heard from an employee at the Best Buns Bakery next door that they'll open 5/31 @ 4pm. The restaurant space is done - if you visit the bakery you can take a look at it from inside.
Yes its opening Friday 5/31. I will be there tomorrow for lunch for the soft opening. I will put some pictures online then.
