There are lockers on site that can be used to store luggage. They are 25 cents to use. We had no problem fitting a couple carry on bags plus one checked bag in them.
I stored 3 winter Jackets and 3 small carry on for 25 cent rental. Bus Fare is $2.00 per leg. Not $0.50 per leg.

No. They dont have lockers. You can leave it in the car though. A taxi will cost the same as a car rental for a day.
They inspect all bags you bring in, but there is no place to check or store them during your visit from what I saw. Best thing is to give them a call to verify.
